taco truck, a burger stand, and a clubhouse for inventive cooks tucked
inside an unassuming Chinese take-out place. In all its various
incarnations, it upends traditional restaurant conventions, in search of
moral and culinary satisfaction.

She's back, after almost ten years since her last album, Lover's Rock.
It sounds as if maybe the lover hit rock bottom. This isn't spew hating chick tunes that Kelly or P!nk may throw at us. This is raw velvet pain and renewal.
Good for getting lost on a walk, laying in the park, Sunday morning love.

Colt & Gray has been open for months, but I still hadn't been.
Tucked on the east side of 1-25 and 16th St pedestrian bridge is a little slice, of what feels like, home. With its cozy interiors, high ceilings, dark wood bar, chunky wood beams, alligator stamped bar chairs married with perfectly mixed classic cocktails and tasty bits.
I opted for the Sauzerac. I opted for a second- they were that good.

Thought of you and especially your mom over the holidays...hung my ornament on the tree and have her picture on my vanity so I see her contagious smile every morning.
Celebrating her day is thanking God for his gift of her to all of us.
